As an authorized technician with Invotech, you will be issued a worldwide AUTHORIZED CERTIFICATE, which is valid for 12 months from the date of approval as an authorized technician with Invotech.

With our program you are trained to:

Claim directly and process the guarantees of Invotech Compressors

Replace the Invotech Compressor without prior claim guarantee up to two claims

Get discounts and promotional programs

You will have direct access to our Software and Engineering department.

For the registration and activation of the guarantee in compliance with the tax obligations of the SAT, you must issue an invoice with the following information:

  1. Receiver: Invotech Mexico
  2. RFC: LAM1602109IA

  4. Payment Method: PUE – Single Transfer Payment
  5. Payment Method: 03 – Payment by Electronic Transfer
  6. Clear and detailed description of the goods or services that are invoiced:
    • SAT Product Code: 72151200 HVAC construction and maintenance services, heating and cooling and air conditioning.
    • SAT Unit: E 47 Service Unit.
    • Description: Scroll Compressor Installation Model
    • “Insert Model Activated”
  7. Total invoice amount, including taxes and other applicable charges:

    Subtotal $1000.00 MXN
    VAT $160.00 MXN

No, you can register as many compressors as you want, however the process is individual per compressor, so you must ensure that each compressor is registered and activated correctly.

The compressor registration must be no more than 60 days according to the date of the purchase invoice.

  • The technician must register your compressor through our website: www.invotech-mx.com/activaciongarantia or soon in our mobile application.
  • The compressor must be registered within a period of no more than 60 days according to the date of the purchase invoice.
  • Once the compressor is registered, the technician will receive your startup form and must fill out all the requested information to activate the warranty and issue the warranty certificate.
  • ONCE COMPLETED, THE STARTER SHEET MUST BE SUBMITTED TO COMPLETE THE WARRANTY ACTIVATION PROCESS.
  • This process is essential and a condition for activation and warranty claim.
  • Bypassing the warranty registration and activation process voids the INVOTECH compressor warranty for 12 months on invoice date through our authorized dealers.
